Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing the F&B Manager in their absence
  • Ensuring a smooth service and guest care
  • Efficient planning of staff deployment
  • Handling guest complaints
  • Monitoring HACCP regulations
  • Assisting in creating menus for food and drinks
  • Managing a station in the half-board/à la carte restaurant
  • Assisting in monitoring and maintaining standards
