We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team of AMAZING professionals

Excellent phone skills, the ability to set deadlines, strong customer service skills, amazing follow-up.

This individual will be reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor and will be responsible for selecting and routing technicians to service calls efficiently, while ensuring quality customer service.

The Dispatcher's responsibilities include:

• Prioritize service calls from Customers, open work orders and properly document service issues.
• Schedule appointments for preventive maintenance work.
• Assign Mechanics to work orders based on mechanic skill set and geographic proximity to improve efficiencies.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with technician's and relay accurate information regarding the assigned work orders.
• Manage the vicinity and administrative needs of mechanics in the field.
• Document progress of each work order, manage work in process and bill work orders based on customer and job specifications.
• Maintain professionalism at all times, to ensure client retention.
• Follow up on open jobs, responsible for resolving any issues with outstanding parts.
• Clerical support for for billing and invoicing of completed work orders.

Pay:
$22.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (required)
