Responsibilities:

Progress Tracking: Collect and monitor task progress updates from various department heads within designated timelines, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Data Interpretation and Presentation: Analyze sales and cost data, converting complex information into comprehensible formats for the CEO's review at regular intervals.

Schedule Coordination: Plan and coordinate the CEO's daily and weekly schedules, ensuring adherence to set priorities and commitments.

Task Facilitation: Complete critical components of deliverables using a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence and letters to facilitate the CEO's leadership responsibilities.

Business Insight: Gain a deep understanding of the company's operations to provide strategic advice on prioritization and adaptability of scheduled tasks and calendar management.

Content Preparation: Prepare impactful presentations, comprehensive company write-ups, and engaging media content, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Project Management: Act as a project manager for special initiatives, overseeing coordination, note-taking, and dissemination of key information as required.

Confidentiality Management: Understand and uphold the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information originating from the CEO's office, emphasizing the importance of maintaining confidentiality to other team members.

Travel Coordination: Manage complex global travel itineraries and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for the CEO.


Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar executive support role, preferably within a global corporate environment. Strong proficiency in communication and analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and presentation software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • High level of adaptability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated understanding of global business operations and geopolitics.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking
