Your tasks

Data and AI shape our everyday lives


Your challenges include:

  • You work on exciting HR projects, including in the areas of performance management and learning & development
  • You support us in various areas along the employee life cycle (including employer branding, onboarding, personnel management, personnel development, and recruiting)
  • You assist us in creating contracts, contract changes, certificates, and other personnel documents
  • You are jointly responsible with the team for maintaining and updating employee files, HR databases, and systems
  • You take on the initial screening of candidates and coordinate job interviews
  • You research various HR topics (e.g. career websites, HR tools, labor law)
Your profile


Data is in your DNA? You should bring the following:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) ideally with a focus on HR, (business) psychology, or similar
  • First practical experience in the HR field is an advantage
  • Experience with Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and a desire to learn more tools
  • Enjoy learning all facets of HR work and continuously optimizing HR processes with us
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English
  • Independent, reliable work style and handson mentality
