    SAP Concur is seeking a passionate B2B sales professional who thrives in a hybrid environment. Has a proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B sales. Possesses strong communication skills, presents technology solutions to C-Level executives, and has stellar negotiation skills. Thrives in a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Is a self-motivated go-getter who enjoys working independently.

    Ideal candidate is seasoned, aggressive, success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of a top-notch sales team.

    Position reports to the Regional Sales Director.


    Responsibilities:
    Achieve targeted sales quotas through sales of additional services to existing customers.
    Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting.
    Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
    Work with pre-sales team when technical or product support is required.
    Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Concur's products and services.
    Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings.
    Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
    Develop and maintain relationships with Concur partners to increase opportunities.

    Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate weekly forecasts, manage pipeline, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management.

    Be an active team player both on the sales team and throughout Concur to help meet company objectives.
    Operates under moderate supervision with frequent reviews of work.
    Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.


    Education, Experience & Training required:
    BA/BS or equivalent experience5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on growing revenue with current clientsExperience selling to "C" level ExecutivesDocumented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotasJob Specific Knowledge & Skills:Highly motivated and able to work independently
    Tech Savvy Creative problem solver and quick learnerExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influenceSales experience with clients in financial roles Strong business acumenExcellent PC and Internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, Teams and PowerPoint presentations Sandler sales methodology a plus

    Compensation Range Transparency:

    SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity.

    SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.

    The targeted combined range for this position is 111,300-265,400 USD.

    The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.

    as determined through the selection process.

    Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
