Your future tasks:

Monitoring and configuration of IT security systems, especially firewalls and monitoring
2nd level support, employee assistance, and reporting tasks within the IT team
Installation and implementation of virtualization concepts
Support for remote locations through remote assistance and on-site visits
Management of server backup processes
Maintenance of our software management system, quality assurance of our server components

Your profile:

Excellent knowledge in the areas of Windows system administration, server hardware, storage systems, management tools, and network technologies
Good knowledge in the areas of virtualization, firewalls, internet security, and remote access
Experience in managing VPN and internet services
In-depth understanding of IT processes, strong focus on quality and IT security
Confident and reliable, team-oriented, motivated, and dedicated
Strategic and conceptual thinking and working, ability to work independently
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
