What you'll do
- Front line support that responds to client inquiries
- Document all appropriate information into case tracking system
- Answer customer inquiries regarding system use and procedures
- Research client issues by reviewing system documentation, testing, user manuals, and industry periodicals/websites
- Assist clients with processing routine transactions and maintenance needed to resolve issues
- Document system and/or procedural changes and communicate information to clients; may occasionally need to train clients on new functionalities
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT, is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Minimum two years' banking experience, operations (back office) and/or branch required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of financial services terminology and operational procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; SQL experience a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced multifaceted environment
