- Oversee relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators.
- Support the PAC team with benefit guidance, coaching, and counseling.
- Manage self-funded insurance plans, including claims analysis, reporting, and billing.
- Analyze benefits data for cost-saving opportunities and program competitiveness.
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee benefit experiences and communication.
- Supervise all aspects of employee benefits and total rewards for 500 full-time employees.
- Lead the wellness committee to enhance employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding benefits.
- Administer the open enrollment process and benefits-related events.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years managing benefits programs, ideally in a multi-company setting.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills for reconciling invoices and analyzing benefits data.
- Comprehensive understanding of health, welfare, and retirement plans.
