    I. Major


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide
    oversight of

    assigned

    residential

    program

    .

    • Ensure operational budget for the program is reconciled.
    • Develop
    b

    udget alongside finance for the areas managed

    and ensure financial goals are met.

    • Orient and train new managers to daily operations of the program and division procedures.
    Ensure

    staff

    are oriented

    ,

    trained

    and

    maintain

    required

    trainings ongoing as required

    by


    CHL
    and

    p

    rovidedirect

    supervision to program

    managers and ensure direct supervision of all

    staff

    is

    provided

    as expected by

    .

    • Facilitate the
    process

    for referrals,

    admissions,

    and discharges.

    • Strive to
    maintain

    maximum

    capacity

    and ensure regulatory staff ratios set by regulatory body

    .

    • Take personnel action
    regarding

    hiring and disciplinary procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Directs and supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training

    .

    Makes recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions

    .

    Resolves grievances and other personnel problems within position responsibilities.
    2.

    Develops and recommends the budgets for the areas managed. Manages activities to assure financial goals are met.
    3.

    Coordinates the assignment of tasks and helps resolve technical and operational problems. Evaluates the impact of solutions to ensure goals are achieved.
    4.


    Provides effective direction, guidance, and leadership over the staff for effective teamwork and motivation and fosters the effective integration of efforts with system-wide initiatives.

    5.

    Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches,

    demonstrates

    Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and

    maintaining

    an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitors.

    Integrates diversity into departmental

    Ensures that department

    hospital

    established

    policies, quality assurance programs, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.

    Ensures adequate equipment and supplies for department.

    Develops and

    maintains

    established departmental policies, procedures, and

    objectives

    .

    Ensures compliance to all health and safety regulations and requirements.
    13.

    Maintains

    , regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

    Position Qualifications:

    License/Certification/Education:

    Required:

    • Master's degree in social work or related human services field or bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years' experience. Will consider several years of experience in lieu of a college degree.
    • Current and valid United States driver's license and ability to
    provide

    registered and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting Persons in a personal vehicle.

    • MAP, CPR, First Aid certifications must be completed within the first six months after hire date.
    • Satisfactory CORI background check.
