Shugarman's Bath is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Production Manager to join our team.

The Assistant Production Manager will work closely with the Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position is an essential element for our team, and vital for maintaining our positive work culture.

Essential Duties:

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing and coordinating the production team
• Assist the Production Manager in developing training for existing and new production team members.
• Monitor production processes and workflow to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the production team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on all installationrelated activities, including handling escalated customer complaints, reviewing contract details with customers to ensure clarity, customer site visits, coordinating with customers, and sometimes doing postinstall followups, like collecting or closeout calls.
• Manage service calls and maintenance technicians.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, ensuring scope of each job is clear and the installer has everything they need.
• Assist in the approval of production payroll by reviewing timesheets for accuracy.
• Review finished jobs to identify any followup tasks needed
• Update and monitor our project management software to ensure everything is complete and recorded.
• Assist the team in the field when necessary.
• Communicate with customers about their projects and provide excellent customer care.
• Deal with government entities to pull permits, including meeting with inspectors.
• Coordinate with outside contractors assisting in customer projects.
• Ensure all jobs are completed the Shugarman's Way.

- $ 70k-100k

Skills & Abilities:

• 2+ years field experience
• 2+ years construction experience bathroom remodeling a major plus.
• Carpentry | Plumbing | Framing | Light Electrical | Handyman Skills.
• Finishing skills (professional drywall patches, caulking, finish carpentry, etc).
• Committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Punctual, reliable, with a desire to learn and grow with a growing business.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects from 1080 lbs at a constant pace.
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
