We are currently seeking a GIS/Geodata intern (m/w/d) for our reinsurance department for a 4-6 month internship starting in 2023 in Wiesbaden.

Responsibilities

Gain insights into the entire development process of our distributed geoinformation system, from requirements analysis to deployment for our internal clients.
Assist with web development using ESRI ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
Prepare relevant geodata in ArcGIS Desktop / ArcGIS Pro and integrate it into our existing geodatabase.
Create and execute test cases to ensure the quality of our applications.
Conduct independent research or work on relevant topics.

Profile / Requirements

You are at least in your third semester of studies in geoinformatics, geography, computer science, or a related field.
You have previous experience with processing geodata and SQL databases.
