Position Summary:
Our client, a global publisher in Haviland, OH, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (M/F/d) to join their team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling all customer service and pre-sale/inbound telephone marketing activities. This includes recording and processing orders for books, journals, and related products in a multi-channel environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between internal departments and customers, providing general information and addressing inquiries as needed
- Receive and record telephone orders and subscriptions, providing pricing, availability, and order/issue status to customers
- Provide additional information on books, including topics, table of contents, page counts, and related titles
- Respond to customer account inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and credit status
- Process claim orders, cancellations, and other customer requests
- Handle 7590 daily telephone contacts with excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problemsolving abilities
- Familiarity with Excel, Windows, and the Internet is helpful
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of telephone contacts
- Strong problemsolving and time management skills
