Environmental Services Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service.

By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees
Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
Assist with administrative functions

Education:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Work Experience

Experience:

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Related experience required
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience
Guest services/guest contact position experience preferred

Additional Requirements

Details:

Experience with general cleaning in a similar fivestar/fivediamond resort environment
