Join us in shaping the future of the utilities market with Gantt and SC We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Support Associate (M/F/d) to join our team in Leipzig, Erfurt, or Ilmenau.


What will you be doing?:


  • Acting as the interface between the sales team and other departments within the company.
  • Analyzing tender and project documents and creating solutions based on Cuculus' portfolio.
  • Developing projectspecific descriptions for customer solutions.
  • Maintaining projectspecific documentation for offers and bids.
  • Continuously optimizing technical sales processes.
  • Managing commercial and sales operations.
  • Providing support for contract maintenance.

You're a great fit for our team if you:

  • Have a strong interest in technology and experience in pre-sales, project delivery or management, or commercial management.
  • Have experience working independently as part of a distributed and interdependent team.
  • Are detailoriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project Plan, Visio) at an intermediate level.
  • Ideally have experience with MS Project.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and German skills, with additional language skills being a plus.
