Role/Summary:
At Chicken Express, the Managers lead the restaurant team to ensure that store delivers a consistent product in an Express manner.
Managers supervise and coach a team of 20-30 team members and will work with 3-4 other managers to execute the plan of the day.
Our Managers ensure our Culture of Excellence that takes Responsibility for Serving is thriving in our restaurant. They will safeguard the guest experience to ensure it is consistent each time our guests interact with our team.
