CALL CENTER AGENT OUTBOUND (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Generating leads for field sales for us and our clients
  • Customer consultation via telephone
  • Independent work according to target specifications
  • Maintenance of master data in various systems

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for customer contact
