Your Responsibilities:


As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our potential new customers and lay the foundation for a long-term partnership.

In this sales role, your assessment of a prospect's potential will significantly contribute to the team's success.

  • You initiate the first contact with potential customers using our latest sales tools
  • You schedule the initial product presentations and work closely with our Account Executives
  • You take responsibility for the first part of the sales cycle, from organizing appointments to pre and postmeeting preparation
  • You use the CRM software Salesforce to keep everything organized and ensure efficient lead management
  • You are able to implement new cold calling strategies

Your Profile:


  • You have previous experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales
  • You are determined and ambitious, taking responsibility for your own personal success
  • You have strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing
  • You enjoy bringing your own ideas to the table to take yourself and your team to the next level
  • You have a desire to build or expand a career in sales
  • You are fluent in German (native or second language) and have good English skills
