Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hybrid Administrative and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Edison, NJ.

This role requires a versatile individual who can handle administrative tasks, be trained and required to use Housecall Pro software, follow up with customers on inquiries, manage scheduling and reviews, rapidly respond to customer leads, and assist with cold calling and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:


  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.

Housecall Pro Software:


  • Be trained and required to use Housecall Pro software for scheduling and customer management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any softwarerelated issues as needed.

Customer Follow-Up:


  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Scheduling and Reviews:


  • Manage appointment scheduling for services and consultations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Collect and manage customer reviews and feedback.

Rapid Response to Customer Leads:

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer leads.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Project Manager/Sales Manager for followup.

Sales and Cold Calling:


  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
  • Assist the sales team with customer followups and sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and products.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and OpenPhone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales skills and experience with cold calling are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Work Environment:


  • Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of inoffice and remote work.
  • Office located in Edison, NJ.
