As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Real Estate agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and retain agents
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of Real Estate agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and disseminate information
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance
- Stay uptodate with industry developments and trends to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as Broker or Manager
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRMs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
Pay:
$75, $200,000.00 per year
