Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Recruiting Class A company drivers, Owner Operations and Licensed Motor Carriers
  • Responsible for supervising, training, the in house recruiting team.
  • Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Prescreen potential applicants ensure they meet DOT and Company standards
  • Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
  • Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
  • Develop and oversee recruiting or referral programs
  • Onboard applicants with a Complete DOT DQ file
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Schedule driver orientations and road tests
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Other job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
Bachelor's degree in human resources is a plus

  • 3 years minimum experience in Class A driver recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems e.g ( Tenstreet, Driver Reach, Zip recruiter etc)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software or HRIS systems


Pay:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
