Sweat Tire located in Flomaton is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join their team.

Starting Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour (Flexible Depending on Experience)

Requirements:

· Preferred background in automotive service advising or similar client-facing positions, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

· Exceptional communication and people skills are a must, enabling you to connect with both customers and colleagues, fostering trust and credibility. Strong listening skills to comprehend customer needs and offer effective solutions.

· Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer issues promptly and efficiently. Stay composed under pressure, displaying resilience and flexibility.

· Strong attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Efficiently prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy throughout the service delivery.

· Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, such as service tracking software, billing platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Quick adaptation to new technologies for streamlined customer interactions.

· Basic knowledge of automotive operations and vehicles is a plus. Show genuine interest in the automotive sector and a desire to broaden your knowledge base.

· Possess a customer-centric approach with a zeal for providing extraordinary customer experiences. Predict and exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
