    Description

    Position: Bartender

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate service.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and supplies.
    • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service to guests.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service procedures.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    • TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
