For our client, an international electrical engineering company based in Munich, we are currently seeking a full-time team assistant for administration and reception (m/f/d) in Yorklyn, PA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for general administrative tasks and inquiries.
  • You will correspond between various departments.
  • You will be responsible for event management and planning.
  • You will advise and assist with customer inquiries and handle internal and external requests via telephone.
  • As a point of contact for administrative matters, you will mediate between different departments.
  • Preparation of meetings and conferences will fall under your responsibilities.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a commercial education, preferably with a focus on office management.
  • You have previous experience in office management.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are able to work independently and with attention to detail, and have strong organizational skills.
  • You have a customer serviceoriented mindset.
  • Your solutionoriented, precise work style and friendly and confident demeanor complete your profile.
