Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of all accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
• Provide support during the annual audit process
• Manages the daytoday bookkeeping and accounting processes, accounts payable/accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliation in QuickBooks.
• Coordination with manager directly
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• CPA certification is desired but not required
• Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience required
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Highly organized with an attention for detail, Ability to work with little supervision on routine tasks,
• Comfortable in a fastpaced, changing environment,
• Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

• CPA (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Hopedale, MA required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Hopedale, MA 01747: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
