    Position Summary:

    Lead team efforts in enhancing productivity, safety, and quality in manufacturing processes. Facilitate changeovers for efficient operations, ensuring standard production rates. Collaborate with Process Engineer on process improvements and troubleshooting complex issues with equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in smooth changeovers to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain standard production rates.
    • Provide input for process sheet updates.
    • Develop and execute programs to boost product quality and line efficiencies.
    • Troubleshoot and operate thermoforming and extrusion equipment.
    • Offer technical expertise in sheet extrusion, forming, and trimming.
    • Apply mechanical and electrical principles.
    • Comply with safety standards and support safety programs.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of plastics processing experience.
    • Proficiency in forming and extrusion.
    • Familiarity with machinery operations.
    • Understanding of tooling and material flow for extrusion/thermoforming.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

    Preferred:

    • Technical degree or certification.
    • Experience as a project team coordinator.
    • Familiarity with FEA and quality gauges for zero-defect environments.

    Available Shifts:

    • 12-hour shifts
      • EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF
      • rotating schedule
    • NightShift : 7P-7A

    ***$5,000 sign on bonus***
