Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to management on labor and collective law matters
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the People & Culture division
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the works council, particularly at the general and group works council levels
  • Create, draft, and negotiate business agreements
  • Coordinate employer-side co-determination issues
  • Lead a team of two and oversee projects
  • Coordinate with the works council, including general and group works councils. Draft and negotiate company agreements.
  • Handle co-determination concerns for the employer
  • Lead a team of two and coordinate projects

Requirements:

  • First and second degree in law state examination
  • Previous experience working with co-determination committees
  • First leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of significant HR subjects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic IT skills

Full time- Hybrid- 3 Days Per week On-site
