    Job DescriptionPosition Description:

    Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. The position is subject to a 90-day probationary period. The third shift hours will be 12:00 am to 8:00 am, candidate must have complete availability during these hours.

    There will be a training period will be done during daytime hours, so the candidate must be available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the training period.


    Summary/Objective:
    The Manufacturing/General Labor Team Member is expected to follow instructions from the Team Lead to perform manufacturing tasks. He or she will also drive for continual improvement of the Production process at the facility.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Manufacture goods by established standards and guidelines
    Maintain daily logs
    Placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly
    Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
    Perform Quality Checks

    Work Environment:
    Often work in indoor environments, such as a warehouse.
    Work closely with other people
    Supportive managers and co-workers in an overall healthy environment
    Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
    Loud environment
    Repetitive tasks
    Labor intensive

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Solid understanding of weights and measurements in grams, ounces, and pounds- in both, liquids and powders
    Strong attention to detail is a must
    Basic computer knowledge

    Physical Demands:
    Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
    Prolonged periods standing

    Preferred Skills:
    Automated production machinery experience
    A strong work ethic and hands-on approach
    Awareness to safety
    Ability to prioritize workload
    Experience driving a forklift

    $ $16.20 Hourly
