Salary plus 10 to 40% GM commission plan with NO seat cost

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement or upselling.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, always striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills to address client needs and overcome challenges.
