    Description

    Description:
    • Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
    • Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
    • Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
    • Relies on instructions and pre established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
    • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

    Skills:

    Mig, Flux core, stick welding, Blueprint, Fabrication, TigMust have experience with flux and pulse welding to be considered
    Pay:
    Local Welders: 26-30/HR depending on experience and weld test results
    Travel Welders: 20/HR, 150/Day Per-diem. Must meet distance requirements to earn per-diem.
