    POSITION DESCRIPTION – – Aluminum Welder

    We are looking for an aluminum MIG welder who will support the aluminum gate fabrication process.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Set up welding equipment and tools (MIG)
    • Review blueprints for specifications
    • Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths
    • Finish and inspect products for quality
    • Inspect welded parts against blueprints
    • Ability to work on your own or in a team
    • Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise
    • Fabrication of fixtures to support warehouse processes and customer needs.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED certificate
    • Completion of welding training or apprenticeship preferred
    • 3+ years of welding experience preferred
    • MIG Certification (preferred)
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
    • Possess a keen sense of attention to detail
