Description

ODELL is looking for a dedicated leader to join their team, bringing passion and purpose to the organization. With over 120 years of experience, ODELL leads the way in their industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing 2,000 existing business clients, acquiring new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team. As you excel in this role, you will progress to the position of Agency Director by mastering necessary skills and processes. This is a rewarding opportunity with a weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activity and results
Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus on daily recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational and attention to detail
Effective time management with proven ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding supervisory and leadership capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Perform well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Passion for assisting others and building relationships
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
Community involvement desire
Knowledge of CRMs, particularly Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and personal transportation
45-day evaluation period before advancement
