Field Directors at North Shore will work closely with firm leadership to design, implement, and execute direct contact programs, and will assist with implementing the company's short

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Duties:

Implement and Design Field Plan for your paid canvassing program
Manage campaign staff, and provide support, mentorship, and training to ensure progress toward program goals.
Leverage innovative voter contact tools and integrate them into the field plan.
Recruit canvassers and build a robust field operation in a short period of time

Requirements:

Organized multitasker who works well in a fastpaced environment. One cycle prior campaign experience in a managerial role strongly favored.
Handson management style and a desire to lead your team to victory
Be available to work in person, or remotely
Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Proficient in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Apps for Work (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
Knowledge of common direct contact database software like Votebuilder
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Current New York State Driver's License preferred.
Authorized to work in the US, and ability to sign nondisclosure agreements.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the New York Metropolitan area (New York City, or Westchester. Rockland, Nassau, or Suffolk counties).
