Roles & responsibilities:
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex cross-functional projects that span our products
Implement agile project management processes for engineering teams
Interact with product management, platform, operations, and engineering teams to define and deliver complex programs
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Create, maintain and communicate project information to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and client implementations simultaneously
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and engineering teams to solve problems and implement new solutions
Drive for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
12+ years of hands on experience in Program/Project management
Strong Foothold in managing large scale software projects, preferably from product-based companies
Strong Change Management skills, ability to cross add/ sell new use cases to existing client accounts
Cross Cultural competency
Comfortable with 10-15% travel time whenever required
