    Job Title: Corporate Quality Assurance - Product Quality, Safety and Compliance at Mondelēz International

    Mondelēz International is leading the future of snacking and they want you to be part of it! As an individual contributor in RDQ, you'll be the go-to person for quality-related issues from various MDLZ customers. Your role involves ensuring products meet design, food safety, and quality requirements, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction. You'll implement global strategies, monitor quality KPIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement.

    How You Will Contribute

    • Manage quality-related topics for MDLZ customers
    • Support quality initiatives and customer experience
    • Implement regional and global quality strategies
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners
    • Share best practices and drive quality culture

    What You Will Bring

    • Experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D
    • Knowledge of quality systems and FDA requirements
    • Skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
    • Business acumen and influencing capabilities
    • Experience in managing external communications

    Bachelor's degree is required

    Work Schedule

    This is a hybrid role with standard working hours. No relocation support available.
