- Production Quality Control: Inspect and test parts and products throughout the assembly process, identifying and correcting any issues to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Advanced Assembly Skills: Possess advanced soldering and crimping skills, able to assemble and modify electronic equipment with precision.
- Job Setup and Documentation: Set up new jobs, complete necessary paperwork, and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as value stream mapping, to optimize production processes.
- Teamwork and Communication: Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication with team members, management, and clients.
- Safety First: Enforce safety regulations, prioritize a safe work environment, and maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documents.
