Senior Controlling Business Partner (all genders)

Responsibilities:

  • Assume the role of a strong finance business partner and establish a solid network at the location as well as within the company
  • Bring a strong finance mindset to further establish finance as a strategic control function
  • Responsible for all relevant planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, latest estimates) and monthly reporting
  • Take over product supply (PS) controlling, especially regarding costs, FTE, volume, and consolidation of planning data at the location
  • Analyze cost development and develop countermeasures for plan deviations
  • Responsible for product costing (especially capacities, recipes, tariffs) and play an active role in developing strategies to reduce production costs
  • Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and decision-making bases for the location management
  • Prepare opportunity and risk scenarios to support the location management

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in plant controlling
  • Trustworthiness in handling sensitive company data, confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills
  • Strategic foresight with an agile working
