    Essential Functions:
    • Showcase proficiency in job-related skills tailored to customer populations and departmental services.
    • Manage patient registration, greeting visitors/patients, check-in and check-out processes, insurance verification, and informing patients of care costs.
    • Guide patients to relevant resources for additional information, answer phones, and relay messages.
    • Prepare patients for exams, assist with dressing and undressing, position them for exams, and escort them to and from exam rooms.
    • Ensure exam rooms are prepared, interact compassionately with a diverse range of patients, and may be required to start IVs.
    • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Effective communication skills with physicians, patients, and the public are essential. Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role may involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, frequent standing, and walking. DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs depending on department.
