The Pharmacy Operations Associate plays a hybrid role, combining pharmacy tech tasks with logistics duties.
You will handle prescription packaging, patient shipments, and support delivery couriers while assisting with prescription data entry and issue resolution.
- Report any discrepancies to the manager and manage department inventory.
- Coordinate with Capsule teams to ensure we deliver on customer's expectations and ensure an amazing customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Master our internal operating system: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
- Work with the pharmacy operations team to meet or exceed company goals and priorities.
- This is a parttime position that will vary hours per week on evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- You have a High School Diploma / GED and have 1+ years of prior experience in counting/packing medications
- You are familiar with general pharmacy terminology (SIG codes, brand and generic names of medications)
- Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes and stand for long periods of time
