Job Title:

Security Supervisor for Northwest Indiana, Indianapolis, and Illinois.


Are you a dedicated security professional who embodies unity, growth, communication, and ownership? We are actively seeking an Armed Security Supervisor to join our supervisory team.


Responsibilities:


As an Armed Security Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our security operations, setting the standard for excellence.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leadership:
Lead, guide, and inspire our security team, fostering unity and a collaborative spirit among team members.

Growth:
Facilitate your team's professional development, ensuring they have the tools and training to excel.

Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with clients to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Ownership:
Exhibit unwavering responsibility and accountability in executing your duties setting an example for your team.


Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in security.
  • Minimum of two years of experience supervising ten people or more.
  • Strong leadership skills, preferably in security, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Firearm equipment, including a belt and holster, and associated skills.
  • Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver's license, including stateaccredited training requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Open availability, including the flexibility to rotate oncall duty.
  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
  • Neat and professional appearance.

While the supervisor role is one of leadership, when manpower dictates, the Supervisor may have to fill in as an officer at sites, performing security guard duties.

Supervisors work 12-hour on-call rotations, answering the needs of employees, site checks, interviewing new hires, maintaining company vehicles, visiting clients, and the overall customer service aspects of the company.

You must be concerned with promoting our core values to employees and clients.
