This position reports directly to Cal Voices' Family Advocacy Program Manager and is responsible for supervising, training, and supporting nine peer line staff and two peer leads, maintaining positive working relationships with County staff and collaborative partners, executing administrative functions to ensure the program's smooth operations.

The Program Supervisor is also in charge of the program's data collection and reporting requirements and handles the most complicated family advocacy matters within the program.

Reliability, accuracy, maturity, critical thinking, sound independent judgment, and a strong work ethic are required at all times.

Qualified individuals who have navigated public behavioral health services in any California county, are bilingual/bicultural, or identify as members of traditionally underserved populations (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, veterans, immigrants, refugees, former foster youth, previously unhoused, past involvement with the criminal legal system, etc.) are strongly desired.
