For our client, a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a full-time lawyer for a period of 3 months starting in July 2024 as Head of Legal & Compliance.

Pharmaceutical Law | Head of Legal & Compliance | Düsseldorf | Temp. 3 M. | 80% | € –

Position:

Supporting day-to-day operations, product launches, and obtaining necessary licenses and approvals for pharmaceuticals

Leading and overseeing contract negotiations with suppliers, customers, partners, and other external parties

Assisting other departments, such as research and development, marketing, and human resources, with legal matters

Monitoring current legal developments and regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards for the company

Managing the compliance department
