You bring with you:

Good knowledge of German: fluent in speaking and writing (C1)
Professional handling of MS-Project, AVA programs (preferably ORCA), and Excel
A degree in architecture or civil engineering
Good knowledge of public procurement law (VOB/A, ABau, VHB, etc.)
Interest and passion for implementing good architecture
Good communication and moderation skills towards clients and on the construction site
