Epay World LLC is a fast-growing full-service payment processing company; we work with customers from diverse industries to streamline their electronic payments and collections.
Because of our huge growth, Epay World is now seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Success Specialist.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services.
- Identify opportunities and persuade customers to stay on boarding.
- Communicate and explain the benefits of the products and services.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of customers' policy and information.
- Drive revenue and customer satisfaction from gathering feedback.
- Answer phone calls and respond stakeholders with the most updated information.
- Provide first call resolution to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with valuable agents and partners.
- Upsale.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Confident talking to a diverse group of people.
- Capable to work independently and multitasking.
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin, fluent.
Schedule:
9am-6pm (Mon-Fri, Fri-Tue, Sat-Wed or Sun-Thur)
Salary:
$16 + Commission
Brooklyn Branch: 132 32nd Street Suite # 107, Brooklyn, NY 11232
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY 11232: Relocate before starting work (required)
