We are looking for a rockstar physical therapy aide/acupuncture aide/wellness office assistant in our busy patient centered clinic. Your primary job is to make patients happy and give them hope that we can solve their problems. We are the patients best chance for success and your role is to support their healing journey.

Are you comfortable settling the patients into their healing room prior to them seeing the clinician? Are you able to handle financial objections? Are you able to communicate with people from different backgrounds than you? Are you able to explain to prospective patients that we are their best choice? Are you OK if the patient hugs you (we are close with our patients).

We need someone dependable, people oriented, adaptable, very detail oriented, and able to handle high stress situations.

You must also be comfortable with doing clinic related tasks. You are comfortable assisting the acupuncture physician with a physical exam.

You need to be able to prepare and clean the treatment rooms, gather equipment and materials, and perform procedures under the direct supervision of the acupuncture physician.

You are familiar with cupping, scraping, taping, electric stimulation, therapeutic exercise, tuina, supplements and herbal remedies. You are able to maintain inventory of treatment supplies.
