The outcomes expected of this individual:

  • Manage annuity and insurance service requests efficiently and accurately, balancing varying degrees of volume.
  • Expedite Service requests completing them within 24 hours of assignment and timely delivery to client for signatures.
These requests may include, but are not limited to:
address changes, beneficiary changes, loan requests, withdrawal requests, requesting illustrations, etc.

  • There must be an exceptional standard of accuracy, striving for an error rate of < 1% for each product line, thereby upholding the integrity and reliability of our services.
  • Every client interaction and activity is meticulously recorded in our CRM for comprehensive record keeping.
  • All documents are stored via electronic storage following the SWM naming convention for easy access and reference by all.
  • Maintain and update the CRM consistently adding new information, rectifying errors, and preservation of a "perfect client record."

Preferred Skills and Experience:


  • Should have current life and health insurance license.
  • A proven ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment when making decisions and interacting with Team Members, clients, vendors, and centers of influence.
  • Expertlevel knowledge of Microsoft products and industrylevel software

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
