We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a LICENSED INSURANCE SALES REP.

    In this role, you will work closely with our clients, offering personalized insurance solutions designed to meet their unique needs. You will be the face of our agency, helping clients navigate their insurance options and providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Client Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and delivering personalized solutions.

    Sales Support: Assist clients in determining the most suitable insurance coverage and policies to meet their individual needs.

    Policy Management: Manage and adjust policies as per clients' evolving requirements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

    Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

    Networking: Build a strong network within the community to expand client base and enhance business opportunities.

    Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and changes, continuously enhancing knowledge and expertise to better serve clients.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Active Florida insurance license required. 220 OR 440Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Client-Centered: Strong focus on exceeding client expectations and building trust.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a traditional office environment.Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve collective goals.Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and digital tools.
