- Inspection, maintenance, and repair of processing equipment to meet specifications and regulations.
- Maintenance of other areas.
- Appropriate budget planning and maintaining cost control over equipment.
- Handling employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
- Supervision of seasonal production workers.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good mechanical repair and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Preferred two-year degree and/or equivalent experience.
