This role will perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, monthly safety checks, make repairs and modifications to equipment and repair the facility as needed.
Job Characteristics:
The primary focus of this role is to perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, monthly safety checks, and making repairs and modifications to equipment and facility.
working with hydraulics, electrical maintenance and motheors, welding, utilities, pumps and PLC fundamentals.Interfaces with production/logistics supervision to effect safe repairs to equipment to ensure equipment is returned to operations in acceptable condition.
Including organizing, coordinating, and maintaining a safe work environment throughout the facility. Responsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with supervisor to ensure data is correct and recorded.Education/Work Experience:
Under moderate supervision, variety of work is routine, not typically complex, and follows standard procedures, typically reports to Team Leader or other management role.

Interface with production/warehouse supervision to effect safe repairs to equipment and ensure that equipment is returned to operations in an acceptable condition
Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and monthly safety checks
Make repairs & modifications to equipment and facilities as scheduled through the work order system
Responsible for completing all paperwork assigned and coordinating with the Reliability Supervisor to ensure data is correct and recorded
Plant location:
Work week and shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm (Occasional weekend work may be required and shift could change based on business needs.)

1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
1 year of experience with tools, procedures and methods utilized in an industrial maintenance environment.
1 year of experience with electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment.

Formal vocational training in plant maintenance activities with emphasis on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in electricity, power distribution, industrial electrical wiring, mechanics, machine operations, general plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning, and/or boiler operations
Experience with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves, and rigging
