Triage LVN/LPN Needed for Busy Multi-Specialty Call Center.
Duties include but not limited to:
Answer incoming triage calls from patients, hospitals and other physicians.
Provide communication and service to answer questions, gather information and solve problems.
You must have strong customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
Update the patient record with actions taken and follow up measures if required.
EMR experience with eClinical Works preferred.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed
1-2 years' experience in Nursing, MUST KNOW MEDICATIONS
Electronic Medical Records experience required, preferably eClinical Works
Customer service oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extremely detail orientated, organized and a self starter
Punctual and dependable
Bilingual is a plus+
Able to sit for long periods of time
Knowledge of HIPPA guidelines/regulations
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
