Description
We are seeking a Hands-on Construction Manager to join our team We are a Structural and Structural alteration company.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation for multiple kinds of structural repair and alteration projects, including foundation repair, sagging floor repair, joist sistering, beam replacement, load bearing wall removal, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of structural repair project from planning to implementation
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Ordering or Delivering materials, trailers, etc. to job site in Ocean, Monmouth and Middlesex Counties
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Al of our projects have engineering plans to follow

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detailoriented

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Compensation package:

  • Weekly pay

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
